A Rustic Whimsical Backyard Wedding

Photos by Dearly Beloved Weddings

Jackie and Joey knew they wanted a rustic relaxed whimsical vibe to their wedding hosted on their own gorgeous property. They had some idea of what they wanted the day to look like but were struggling to bring the vision to life. We stepped in and started with finding all of their vendors, sourcing rentals, and overall color palette, settling on rustic muted earthy tones.

The color palette was showcased through the florals provided by one of our favorite florists, Kraft and Co. and the tablescapes, along with the stunning bridesmaids dresses.

One of the couple's main requests was a bar cart with signature cocktails to enjoy with their guests. We brought in Presley Mobile Bar to match their vibe and overall feel of their day.

Jackie’s biggest fear was that the day would feel chaotic, and not like a big party! By creating a detailed customized timeline, coordinating all the vendors and gathering we executed their day (chaos completely avoided!) so they could focus on what mattered most, each other and their guests.

“Sam and the Lavish Haus team helped us pull off a from scratch “backyard” wedding. Sam helped us transform our entire property into a completely magical place. Her help and guidance in choosing and managing vendors, finalizing the design, and pulling us through all the way to execution of the day was completely invaluable.

My husband was a skeptic, but by the end he was giving endless thanks to Sam for pulling off a day we never could have done ourselves. The day was magical and it was all thanks to Sam and her team.

So wonderful, kind, professional, exceptional, etc etc!!!! Wish we could do it all over again and would hire Sam and her team again and again.” - Jackie
