Timeless Wedding at Pocono Palms

Photography by Parkers Pictures

Maggie & Jeff came to us knowing that they wanted an intimate, intentional and fun wedding day! Their guests experience was their priority, and they wanted to focus on a neutral color palette, great food and entertainment.

Sonny Floret brought softness and intentionality into the floral design with soft whites and touches of green. With the mid-century modern design of the venue, offering The Black and white checkered floor, black structural arches, and elements that were special to M&J, we worked in these tones into the overall design of the day.

M & J decided to keep the element of surprise with a traditional aisle look so we crafted their custom timeline around this important element of the day. With the forecast showing rain, we moved everything to our rain plan the morning of the wedding. Which we were anticipating and made the necessary changes to their timeline in order to get the photos they were envisionsing! Finally, we were intentional about the layout of the reception space in order to allow for guests to mingle and dance with ease. M&J ended the day dancing the night away alongside their guests!

“...Samantha and the team were all so sweet and patient with me. We laid out early what my top priorities were as well as the things that if gone wrong, would completely derail me. I LOVE that they asked the latter. It really gave us (me) time to set expectations for the day and come up with game plans so that even if unfortunate circumstances (like rain) happened… we were ready. Ultimately everything on my greatest fears list HAPPENED… but it was still the BEST DAY. They were so professional and smooth that in my eyes the day went off without a hitch. A true sign of a successful planner. I DIYed a lot of my decor and their team set EVERYTHING up for me. Truly unreal. I was able to focus on me, the day of my wedding and not lift a finger.” -Maggie
