When C&C contacted us about planning their wedding in just over two months, we were excited to tackle the challenge. Their vision was to have their wedding held at their family’s private home, which required us to build a venue from scratch! We began immediately with sourcing and hand selecting the perfect vendors to help us pull off this classic, cohesive and elegant wedding day.

We were meticulous in laying out the tent and rentals that were needed, and created a plan for weather, bathrooms, and lighting. We also focused on making sure the home was set up to allow for a smooth flow of each event throughout the day. Even with an outdoor backyard wedding, it is so important to us that we create a specific atmosphere for our couples and their guests. We do this through intentional design, and deliberate sourcing of custom materials and rentals.

Guests were welcomed in by custom signage and stunning floral arch and then guided through the grass by carefully placed lanterns to the align ceremony site. Stunning white and green florals by Fleurish Floral Design lined the aisle. Guests then enjoyed cocktail hour under a separate tent and on the patio while the team put the finishing touches on the reception space.

Guests then found their way to their seats at the tables that were dressed with textured classic white table cloths, soft linen napkins, custom rental glassware, chargers, and flatware. We chose these specific glasses because they added a textural touch that gives an elevated look to the classic tables. To finish off each place setting, custom created menus were placed on each plate along with gold flatware, and gold rimmed chargers.

The couple enjoyed dinner with their guests, before a stunning sparkler exit! We were so grateful for the trust C&C put into our team to help them plan, source & execute their stunning wedding day (in just over two months!!).
