As we roll into the New Year, we want to highlight some of our favorite Philly Venues. If you are newly engaged or just still haven’t found a venue, let us guide you through some of our favorites in the Philly area!
- Appleford: Located on 24 picture-perfect acres on Philadelphia Main Line, Appleford is a historical and one-of-a-kind venue. With a permanent tent up from April-November, it is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding. Additionally, guests have access to the 300-year-old historical farmhouse throughout the event.
- Terrain Gardens: Located just 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia, Terrain Gardens is the perfect venue for indoor and outdoor weddings. Not only do you have exclusive use of the venue on the day of your wedding, but Terrain also has in-house catering using locally sourced ingredients.
- The Union Trust: This renovated bank is truly a one of the kind venue located in the Historic District of Philadelphia. With sixty-five-foot ceilings, multiple private rooms, and a wraparound mezzanine, this venue has everything to make your wedding unforgettable.
- Bellevue Hotel: The Bellevue Hotel offers a lavish space meant for any black tie event but especially weddings. Featuring a 30,000 square foot event space and many different space to chose from, you can’t go wrong with this canvas. To make this venue even better is that it’s located in a hotel where guests won’t have to travel far for the event.
- Parque Ridley Creek: Located in the heart of Ridley Creek State Park, this venue offers a stone mansion, formal gardens, fountains, patios, and a breathtaking ballroom. Additionally, this venue offers three ceremony spots to choose from, allowing creativity when planning your wedding.
- Pomme: If you are a lover of the outdoors you’ll love the greenery and nature that surround this space. With outdoor options and a stunning indoor ballroom, surely you and your guests will love in love. Located on Philadelphia’s Main Line with easy access to travelers and in house catering is a one stop shop for your special day.
- Maas Building: This venue is truly one of kind with its rich history starting in 1859. It offers a midsized event space located in Philadelphia with an upstairs private area and an indoor/outdoor event space.
- Front and Palmer: Once a former barrel factory and now an event space, their main loft space can accommodate for 250 seated dinner guests and 325 cocktail style which is hard to find! With catering already available from Feast Your Eyes, this venue will take care of all your day of needs.
- Hill Physick House: This special and historic venue is preserved by The Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks and offers plenty of charm to give your guests something to talk about. Located on South 4th street in Philadelphia, this four story house was built in 1786 and is now used as a museum and event space.
- The Deacon: Formly a church renovated into a botique hotel this venue is great for intimate weddings. Leaving much of the old structure behind, The Deacon combines both old and new styles to create the perfect space. Not only can you hold a beautifully intimate wedding, but you and your guests can also stay in one of the eight rooms also located in this space.
