2024 Wedding Trends

We can’t believe the 2023 wedding season is coming to a close, but we are feeling inspired and excited for the 2024 season. At Lavish, we strive to give you a high quality event, that is cohesively branded with a personal twist. In this blog post, we are going to talk about the wedding trends we think will be big this upcoming season. 

• Bows

It’s not a surprise that you’re seeing bows on all the instagram reels lately. It’s a trend that we’re going to see all throughout 2024 — it’s just the beginning!

• Candid Photography

We saw this trend become more popular toward the end of 2023 season, and we are all about it! Couples are looking for photographers who have a softer, more candid look, and capture intimate moments throughout their day (not just the posed photos everyone thinks of!). 

• Mini Dresses

Wedding fashion is constantly shifting, but we see 2024 brides leaning even more into non-traditional mini dresses (especially for a second reception look!) 

• Statement Veils

Along the same lines as the mini dress, unique veils are going to make a comeback! We love this trend regardless of the type or style of bridal fashion our couples are going for. Unique veils 

• Hues of Green

This may be our favorite 2024 trend yet! Emerald green is going to make a statement this year, from the statement color for 2024 couples wedding design or used as an accent; deep emerald green adds a sense of luxury and sophistication to any wedding design.
